Do not sell third party rights of Osho properties, Bombay HC tells trusts

MUMBAI: Bombay high court directed the trustees of two Osho trusts not to sell or create third party rights in respect of the late cult leader’s movable and immovable properties and his intellectual property rights (IPR) without following legal procedure.
“…neither the respondents nor any party shall alienate or create any third party interest in respect of the movable or immovable, IPR property of the trusts without following due process of law,” said Justices Sanjay Gangapurwala and Madhav Jamdar in the August 11 order. They clarified including IPR in the order on August 22.
